Day 2: Yinchuan – Zhongwei 银川 – 中卫 (B早/L午/D晚)
早餐后，前往108塔（含游船）。这座古老的佛教塔群坐落于黄河岸边，塔体依山而建，错落有致，构成一幅绝美的自然与人文画卷。游客可搭乘游船近距离欣赏这一建筑奇迹，感受千年佛教文化的洗礼。接着前往西夏王陵（含区间车），这里被誉为“东方金字塔”，是西夏王朝的重要遗迹，陵墓建筑雄伟，反映了西夏时期的文化艺术精髓。驱车前往中卫。抵达后享用晚餐，入住酒店休息。
After breakfast, visit the 108 Pagodas(Includes Boat Ride), an ancient Buddhist stupa cluster along the Yellow River. The pagodas are built into the hillside in a unique arrangement, blending harmoniously with the surrounding nature. Take a boat ride for a closer view and immerse yourself in the serene spiritual atmosphere. Then, proceed to the Western Xia Imperial Tombs (includes shuttle), known as the "Pyramids of the East." These grand tombs showcase the artistry and cultural depth of the Western Xia Dynasty. Head to Zhongwei, where dinner and hotel check-in await.
Day 3: Zhongwei – Wuwei 中卫 – 武威 (B早/L午/D晚)

After breakfast, visit Shapotou (includes shuttle + cable car round trip or sand sliding downhill), a remarkable spot where the desert meets the Yellow River. Take an electric car ride across the dunes and experience the thrill of sand sliding. The view from the dunes captures the winding Yellow River against the endless sea of sand, a truly majestic sight. Shapotou is also historically significant as an ancient Silk Road outpost. After lunch, drive to Wuwei. Enjoy dinner upon arrival and check into the hotel.
Day 4: Wuwei – Zhangye 武威 – 张掖 (B早/L午/D晚)
早餐后前往雷台汉墓，这是西汉时期的重要遗址，以发现的铜奔马闻名于世。墓室内有大量的青铜器和壁画，展示了汉代的生活与信仰。游览被《中国国家地理》杂志评为中国最美的七大丹霞地貌之一张掖七彩丹霞国家地质公园（含区间车）。这里是中国唯一的丹霞地貌与彩色丘陵景观复合区，行走在其中，犹如“神笔马良”中的神话故事，在画里奔跑，跳跃，世界仿佛已不再像原本的沉闷。傍晚，在落日的映射下，金色的余晖渲染了整个峰林地貌，直到落日余晖散尽，便形成了一个色彩斑斓的童话世界。晚餐后，入住酒店。
After breakfast, visit the Leitai Han Tomb, a significant archaeological site from the Western Han Dynasty, famous for the discovery of the Galloping Bronze Horse. The tomb features numerous bronze artifacts and murals depicting the lifestyle and beliefs of the Han people. Then explore the Zhangye Danxia National Geopark (includes shuttle),, which has been recognized by “Chinese National Geographic” as one of the seven most beautiful Danxia landforms in China. This is the only area in China where Danxia landforms and colorful hills coexist. Walking through this landscape feels like running and jumping in a mythical story, much like the scenes in “Shen Bi Ma Liang.” The world no longer seems as dull as before. In the evening, the golden glow of the setting sun bathes the entire peak landscape, creating a colorful fairy-tale world until the last rays of the sun fade away. After dinner, check into the hotel.
Day 5: Zhangye – Ebao – Xining 张掖 – 峨堡 – 西宁 (B早/L午/D晚)
早餐后，前往大佛寺，这里拥有34.5米长的释迦牟尼涅槃像，是中国最大的室内卧佛之一。大佛庄严肃穆，寺内还保存了珍贵的木雕、壁画和《甘珠尔经》，展现了西夏时期的宗教与艺术魅力。游客可漫步于古寺中，感受历史文化的厚重 。接着前往峨堡牧场人家，这里是高原牧场的典型代表，可以体验到浓郁的地方民俗文化与牧场生活。午餐享用峨堡土火锅，下午驱车前往西宁，抵达后享用晚餐并入住酒店休息。
After breakfast, visit the Giant Buddha Temple, home to a 34.5-meter-long reclining Buddha, one of the largest indoor Buddha statues in China. The serene statue, along with intricate murals and ancient scriptures, highlights the cultural richness of the Western Xia Dynasty. Continue to Ebao Ranch, where you can enjoy the beautiful grasslands and experience local ranch life. After a traditional hotpot lunch, drive to Xining, admiring the stunning highland scenery along the way. Upon arrival, have dinner and check into the hotel.
Day 6: Xining – Qinghai Lake – Chaka 西宁 – 青海湖 – 茶卡 (B早/L午/D晚)
早餐后，乘车前往青海湖。途径“天下皆水向东流，唯有此河向西淌”之称的倒淌河，远观日月山，之后抵达中国最大内陆咸水湖青海湖（含小火车）。在藏语里喻为“青色的海”是中国第一大内陆湖泊。7，8月碧波万顷的湛蓝外围散布着金灿灿的油菜花，远处青黛的山峦辉映着高山牧场五彩缤纷的野花，如绸似棉，仿佛一不小心变成了画中人。纯净圣洁的高原圣湖，有着梦幻般的色彩，目之所及全是湛蓝的天空，风轻云淡云卷云舒，这一抹蓝足以治愈一切。午餐后便前往茶卡，沿途欣赏独特美景。抵达后享用晚餐，入住酒店。可以在这里欣赏日落。
After breakfast, drive to Qinghai Lake. Pass by the Daotang River, famously known as "the river that flows west while all others flow east," and enjoy a distant view of Riyue Mountain. Arrive at Qinghai Lake, the largest inland saltwater lake in China (includes train ride). Known in Tibetan as the "Blue Sea," it is the largest inland lake in China. In July and August, the vast blue waters are surrounded by golden fields of rapeseed flowers, with verdant mountains in the distance reflecting the colorful wildflowers of the alpine meadows. The pure and sacred highland lake presents a dreamlike palette of colors, with endless blue skies, light clouds, and gentle breezes. This mesmerizing blue can soothe the soul. After lunch, continue to Chaka while enjoying unique scenery along the way. Upon arrival, have dinner and check into the hotel. You can enjoy the stunning sunset here.
Day 7:Chaka – Xining 茶卡 – 西宁 (B早/L午/D晚)
早餐后，乘车前往被誉为“天空之镜”的茶卡天空壹号（含小火车）。天然结晶盐湖，现有存盐储量4.5亿吨足够全国人民食用80年。被国家旅游地理杂志评为“人一生必去的55个地方之一”。这里的景色与玻利维亚乌尤尼盐沼相媲美，在这里低头便可以看到天堂盐湖雪峰同辉的壮丽景色。仿佛触碰到另一个世界的自己。蓝云白天，雪山映入湖中，如诗如画，四周有雪山环绕。形成“湖水长天一色” 。晚餐后返回西宁，入住酒店。
After breakfast, head to visit the "Sky Mirror," also known as Chaka Tiankong Yihao(includes train ride). It is a natural crystalline salt lake with a current salt reserve of 4.5 billion tons, resembling a mirror reflecting another world. The lake creates the illusion of "one color extending from the lake to the sky". It has been recognized by National Geographic Traveller as one of the "55 places you must visit in your lifetime." After dinner, return to Xining and check into the hotel.
Day 8: Xining – Lanzhou - Return 西宁 – 兰州 – 回程 (B早/L午/MOB机上用餐)
早餐后，乘车前往中国藏传佛教格鲁派的六大寺院之一的塔尔寺（含电瓶车+讲解）。这里是中国藏传佛教格鲁派的创始人宗喀巴大师的诞生地。抵达后，先参观白塔，尔后有寺。在红衣僧人的眼眸中，顺着转经筒前行，触摸超越尘世的经络，只为在某一个时刻与你相见。酥油花，壁画，堆绣组合的“艺术三绝”享誉国内外！午餐后，兰州送机返回温暖家园（经停海口） ！
After breakfast, drive to Ta'er Monastery (includes electric car and guided tour), one of the six great monasteries of the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism. It is the birthplace of Tsongkhapa, the founder of the Gelug tradition. Upon arrival, begin the visit with the White Pagoda, followed by the monastery itself. Walk along the prayer wheels, immerse yourself in the sacred atmosphere, and feel a connection beyond the mundane world.
The monastery is renowned for its "Three Art Treasures"—butter sculptures, murals, and appliqué embroidery, celebrated both nationally and internationally. After lunch, transfer to Lanzhou Airport for your flight returning to your warm and loving home(with a stopover in Haikou).
