Day 1: Depart - Chengdu 出发 - 成都 (MOB机上用餐)
出发前往国际机场，搭乘豪华客机飞往“天府之国”之称的四川省—成都。抵达后由导游接机，入住酒店。
Depart for the airport and take a luxurious plane to Chengdu, also known as the “Land of Abundance” in Sichuan Province. Upon arrival, meet the tour guide and head to the hotel.
Day 2: Chengdu – Hongyuan 成都 - 红原 (B早/L午/D晚)
早餐后，乘坐成都动车去松潘站。前往游览松潘古城(不上城墙)。是历史上有名的边陲重镇，被称作“川西门户”，古为用兵之地。进入松藩县到松藩古城，古城门口矗立文成公主与吐蕃王松赞干布塑像，文成公主西进西藏开启汉藏通婚。然后前往红原，途中可以看到红原大草原。这里草原辽阔，水草丰茂，自然景观独特，矿藏、森林极为丰富，素有高原“金银滩”之称。入住酒店。
After breakfast, board a high speed train to Songpan Station. Visit Songpan Ancient City(excluding city walls). These historically significant border towns are known as the "Western Gateway of Sichuan“ and have played a vital role in military defence. Upon entering Songfan County and reaching Songfan Ancient City, will see the statues of Princess Wencheng and King Songtsen Gampo at the entrance of the ancient City. Princess Wencheng's journey to Tibet marked the beginning of intermarriage between the Han and Tibetan cultures. Then, head to Hongyuan, passing through the Hongyuan Grassland along the way. This vast grassland is lush with water and grass, featuring unique natural landscapes. It is rich in minerals and forests, earning the nickname "Golden and Silver Beach of the Plateau." Check into the hotel.
Day 3: Hongyuan – Zoige - Diebu 红原 - 若尔盖 - 迭部 (B早/L午/D晚)
早餐后，乘车前往黄河九曲第一湾(含上行扶梯)，感受“黄河之水天上来”的壮丽美风 景。流淌在草原上的黄河，被当地人叫做“玛曲〞。这只流淌千年的母亲河，没有惊涛拍岸的磅礴气势，却像一支粗 狂的牧歌，带着亘古不息的热情，一路向东，它蜿蜒环绕在广袤无际的原野，以一百八十度的优雅风姿形成了“黄河 九曲第一湾” 的壮美景观。之后前往若尔盖，游览花湖（含电瓶车）。在6-8月草原鲜花盛开，宛如天地之间，绿草茵茵，繁花似锦，芳香幽幽，一望无涯。在那里也可看见草地中星落棋布地点缀着无数小湖泊，湖水碧蓝，小河如藤蔓把大大小小的湖泊串连起来，河水清澈见底，游鱼可数。然后前往迭部，入住酒店。
After breakfast, head to the First Bend of the Yellow River, also known as "Marqu" by the locals, flowing through the grasslands. It winds gracefully through the vast plains, forming the magnificent landscape known as the "First Bend of the Yellow River" with its elegant curvature of 180 degrees. Afterward, we will head to Zoige and visit the Flower Lake, including a ride on an electric car. From June to August, the grasslands are adorned with blooming flowers, resembling a scene from heaven and earth with lush greenery, vibrant blossoms, and a subtle fragrance stretching endlessly. Then proceed to Diebu and check into the hotel.
Day 4: Diebu - Zhagana - Langmu Temple 迭部 - 扎尕那 - 郎木寺 (B早/L午/D晚)
早餐后，乘车前往扎尕那仙女山潭观景台。仙女潭是一片被密林包围的高山草甸，一到春夏，繁花织锦，四周绿树环绕，不禁让人一眼就惊艳。这里和达日观景台遥相呼应，可以眺望整个扎尕那山峰和四个村庄的全景。是扎尕那看日落的最佳地点。之后前往观看天然石林（含电瓶车)。晚餐后前往郎木寺，入住酒店休息。
After breakfast, take a bus to the Fairy Mountain Lake Viewing Platform in Zhagana. Fairy Lake is a high mountain meadow surrounded by dense forests. In spring and summer, it is adorned with blooming flowers, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a breathtaking sight at first glance. It complements the Darai Viewing Platform, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the entire Zhagana peaks and four villages. It's the best spot to watch the sunset in Zhagana. Afterwards, we will proceed to observe the natural stone forest (including a ride on an electric car). Following dinner, head to Langmu Temple and check into the hotel for rest.
Day 5: Langmu Temple - Ahba 郎木寺 - 阿坝 (B早/L午/D晚)
早餐后，乘车前往游览阿万仓湿地。在远处看那辽阔的湿地草原，四周山岭环绕、山峦叠嶂，依山势绵延的公路，像是一条舞动的飘带，随着高低起伏而灵动起舞。草原上条条溪流弯曲纵横，沼泽星罗棋布，在阳光下泛着银光；远处黑色牦牛悠然自得地吃草，远观如同成群的蚂蚁。在这里，可以拍出许多自然且美丽的风光。之后，继续游览打破吉尼斯世界纪录，成为世界上最大的转经筒——娘玛寺世界最大转经筒。然后前往阿坝。参观来到这里必定不可错过的各莫寺(在6-8月草原鲜花盛开) ！入住酒店。
After breakfast, head to visit the Awancang Wetland. From a distance, the vast wetland grassland stretches out, surrounded by mountains, with winding roads that seem like dancing ribbons following the contours of the mountains. Streams meander across the grassland, marshes dotting the landscape, shimmering silver in the sunlight. In the distance, black yaks graze leisurely, appearing like ants in groups. Here, can capture many natural and beautiful landscapes. Next, continue to visit the world‘s largest prayer wheel, breaking the Guinness World Record - the Niangma Temple World’s Largest Prayer Wheel. Then head to Ahba. Visit Gemosi (Jun – Aug Flower season). Check into the hotel.
Day 6: Ahba - Maerkang 阿坝 - 马尔康 (B早/L午/D晚)
早餐后，前往游览国家4A级景区— 莲宝叶则。它素有东方的魔幻世界“蜀山之源、昆仑天梯”之称，是雄伟的奇峰异石的世界和艺术圣殿。这里山势雄奇峻伟，充满阳刚之气；山体规模宏大绵延不绝；湖泊星罗棋布，银瀑飞悬。之后前往马尔康，入住酒店休息。
After breakfast, proceed to visit the national 4A-level scenic spot - Lianbao Yeze. Known as the "source of Shu Mountain and the ladder to Kunlun," it is a magnificent world of strange peaks and exotic stones, resembling an art sanctuary. The mountains here are majestic and masculine, with vast and continuous landscapes, dotted with lakes and silver waterfalls. Afterwards, head to Maerkang and check into the hotel for rest.
Day 7: Maerkang - Chengdu 马尔康 - 成都 (B早/L午/D晚)
早餐后，游览桃坪羌寨。桃坪羌寨是世界上保存最完整的尚有人居住的碉楼与民居融为一体建筑群，享有“天然空调”美名。其完善的地下水网、四通八达的通道和碉楼合一的迷宫式建筑艺术，被中外学者誉为“羌族建筑艺术活化石”、“神秘的东方古堡”。之后，前往成都，游览宽窄巷子。由宽巷子、窄巷子和井巷子三条平行排列的老式街道及四合院落群组成，是成都市三大历史文化保护区之一。去保留着丰富的传统文化和历史氛围的锦里古街。随后前往太古里是成都最繁华的商业街，也是中国大陆最知名的商业街之一。晚餐后入住酒店。
After breakfast, visits to Taoping Qiang Village. Taoping Qiang Village is home to the most well-preserved complex of diaolou integrated with residential buildings in the world, earning it the nickname “natural air conditioner.” Afterwards head to Chengdu, visit Kuanzhai Alley. It consists of three parallel ancient streets - Kuan Lane, Zhai Lane, and Jing Lane, along with quadrangle courtyards, making it one of the three major historical and cultural preservation areas in Chengdu. After it, visit Jinli Ancient Street and Taikoo Li. After dinner, check into the hotel.
Day 8: Chengdu – Return 成都 - 回返 (B早/MOB机上用餐)
早餐后，送往机场搭机返回家园。
After breakfast, transfer to the airport then board a flight back home.
